Simone Veil Fellow Raquel Varela awarded ASICOM prize

On 6 October 2020, Simone Veil Fellow Raquel Varela (Universidad Nueva de Lisboa) received the ASICOM-Universidad de Oviedo Prize, awarded by the Asociación Iberoamericana de la Comunicación (ASICOM), in collaboration with the University of Oviedo.
The prize is awarded annually to honor individuals and institutions that have contributed through their work to bringing together Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula. Vicente del Bosque, Raúl Rojas Martínez, Juan Ignacio Gallardo, Silvio Rodríguez, and the Fundación Microfinanzas BBVA were also honored.
