Simone Veil Fellowships
In honor of the French jurist, politician, president of the European Parliament and Holocaust survivor Simone Veil, Project House Europe has set up the Simone Veil fellowship program for postdoctoral and senior scholars.
The Simone Veil Research Fellowship program is aimed at outstanding early career researchers working on the history of Europe’s inner (dis-)entanglements and its place in the world since 1918.
The Simone Veil Senior Fellowship is aimed at established senior scholars working on the history of Europe’s inner (dis-)entanglements and its place in the world since 1918.

Rachel Carson-Simone Veil Fellowship
In 2020, the Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society and Project House Europe, both located at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, initiated a joint fellowship program.
